1、Soft Capability Requirements: High degree of recognition and acceptance of Chinese traditional culture and core values. In line with Jing Brand’s missions, Jing Brand’s corporate culture and business philosophies. Adhering to business integrity, focusing on Jing Brand’s products, proactively participating in marketing activities.
2、Hard Capability Requirements: Qualified for liquor import and sales operations in the respective countries and regions with permits from the corresponding authorities. Experienced in liquor business with advanced management experience in sales & marketing. Having a professional sales team. Having sales channel resources with supermarkets, restaurants, duty-free shops, bars, etc. Having adequate operating funds. Able to actively explore and develop the market. Able to meet the annual sales target according to plans.
1. Contact us.After receiving the intent to cooperate, we’ll form a preliminary understanding about the interested partners and respond accordingly.
2. After both parties have expressed clear intentions for preliminary cooperation, the interested partners will be asked to submit a “market approach and operation proposal” to us. We will review and may invite them to visit us and discuss cooperation potentials with us face-to-face.
3. After both parties have established mutual intentions to cooperate, we will evaluate the soft and hard capabilities of the interested partners. We will submit distributor setting up application to our corporate for approval.
4. When the application is approved by our corporate, both parties will confirm the cooperation model, details of cooperation, and sign a cooperation agreement.
5. Formally begin products shipments, payment transactions, and market launch.
